I had a wonderful time at a hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The highlight was the beach, just steps away from the hotel. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Nothing. It was my bad luck to trust the pictures on Booked.net and reserve this smelly, extremely dirty and a hotel with no facilities. Actually it's an insult of hotel industry to call this place a hotel.

This hotel is close to the beach and the main road, with restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great views of the ocean. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet is good. The hotel also has a swimming pool and Wi-Fi in the reception area.

One of the older female receptionists was a bit grumpy and misinformed about parking fees for airport pick-up services.

Did not like it even one bit. The hotel stinks, is filthy and doesn't live up to even an average place to stay it.not sure if there are better options to stay in Negombo, but this one was certainly regrettable.

The hotel was in desperate need of renovation. The building was very dated and in disrepair.

The hotel could do with a thorough clean. The corridors and rooms smell of stale cigarettes. The bed we slept in was covered with a stained sheet and the mosquito net was missing. When we pointed this out to staff, they just pointed to the hole in the ceiling where the hook used to be. The bar was stocked with empty bottles, the only alcoholic drink on offer was beer. We did not eat there.

I booked hotel and stayed hotel that is very bad experience for me. I was sleeping in room and somebody came in room in night by window and stolen my wallet and My htc Touch 2 Mobile Phone. I have lost 800 usd. This is very bad hotel and nobody have to stay in this hotel. I think if any body want to lost his money he will have to stay in this hotel. You also cannot do anything because Police is also lazy here. Please be careful and avoid this hotel for booking. Because this is very bad hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach and close to ATMs and plenty of places to eat and drink. The staff were incredibly efficient and sorted out a broken AC unit in no time. The breakfast was delicious, and having an in-house restaurant was a great convenience. They even arranged a driver and van for our tours. The pool and gardens were lovely and well-maintained. a super satisfying stay!

Directly on the beach, clean swimming pool, welcoming staff, and good breakfast buffet. Close to many restaurants, near to transportation, and good location to the railway.

I liked that it was affordable and very close to the airport so I did not have to spend the first day in Sri Lanka travelling to a far destination. I appreciated being on the beach within half an hour of leaving the airport! Good start to the holiday!
